Qi Culture Museum
Located in Zibo, Shandong, the Qi Culture Museum explores the history and heritage of the ancient State of Qi through a combination of historical collections and modern exhibition technologies. Following a major exhibition upgrade in 2026, the museum introduced new display solutions to enhance artifact presentation and visitor engagement.
For this project, Shenzhen Huabo Art Exhibition Cultural Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the customization and implementation of key museum display cases, with a large central display case serving as the visual highlight.
Designed for a large group of historical figurines, architectural models, and related artifacts, the Large Central Display Case features a long freestanding structure with extensive transparent glass viewing surfaces. A continuous internal display platform supports the grouped presentation, while integrated linear lighting provides clear and consistent illumination across the entire display area. Its dark, minimalist base integrates naturally with the museum interior and surrounding graphics, digital media, and exhibition elements.
The project also includes customized display cases for bronze ritual vessels, pottery figurines, and individual artifacts. Interactive Museum Display Cases incorporate transparent OLED screens, 3D visual content, and LED displays to connect physical artifacts with digital interpretation. Independent Low-Reflection Display Cases are used for important artifacts.
For structural stability and artifact protection, the cases use high-strength cold-rolled steel and aluminum profiles, together with ultra-clear laminated low-reflection glass. The glass provides UV blocking of up to 99.5% and reflectance below 1%. Selected cases incorporate intelligent temperature and humidity control, acid-free inert interior materials, aging-resistant sealing components, concealed wiring, and standardized interfaces for environmental monitoring.
Huabo applied standardized procedures for positioning, leveling, glass installation, lighting, and system commissioning, with final inspections covering appearance, sealing, lighting, and security hardware.
